Launching her career in a seemingly traditional project manager role, Kimberly Beland became, over the years, an expert in global exhibiting. For sixteen years, her work was tied to two successful companies based in the Netherlands, where she was responsible for increasing revenue year over year. This included not only client work but also streamlining internal processes at these companies. More than that, she has been invaluable in client services efforts, maintaining key relationships, overseeing client events onsite, and managing key partnerships. Kim also brought her analytical skills to North American companies. She has a unique understanding of multicultural business environments. Now, as director of global development at Idea International, Kim is expanding the reach of Idea International, building relationships and teams in the APAC region as well as other parts of the world, expanding Idea International’s market to provide a high level of service wherever Idea International’s clients exhibit and expand their markets.
